Delivery

The standard order processing period constitutes up to 3 working days. Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the “Nova Poshta” operator on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Delivery terms are determined according to the terms of the “Nova Poshta” logistics operator. Delivery charges are based on “Nova Poshta”s rates. The declared value of a parcel always equals the actual order amount on the website.

Pay attention to the accuracy of entered receiver`s data, especially the telephone number (don`t use autocomplete for this field).

International delivery is conducted by the “Ukrposhta” international postal operator. Since delivery costs depend on the volume weight of a parcel, we will provide it additionally and send a separate invoice for payment after the parcel is created.

Delivery outside of Ukraine must be paid in advance according to the rules of the “Ukrposhta” international postal operator.

Note: When receiving a parcel, the destination country may charge a customs fee according to the standards of the customs legislation of this country.
